Ministry of Public Health reported Thursday that out of 343 samples, 28 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.
At least 105,765 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 6,023 known active cases in the country.
According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 81 individuals have recovered from COVID-19.
The new cases recorded in Kabul are four, Herat 11, Balkh four, Kunduz Two, Daikundi Seven.
The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 38,572, Total deaths are1,420, and the total recoveries are recorded 31,129.
COVID-19 global toll has increased to 27,880,879 and the dead are reported more than 903,967.
