Magnitude 5.1 Earthquake Hurts Dozen in Iran. [Photo: social media]

IRAN – At least 34 people were injured after a magnitude 5.1 earthquake jolted city of Ramian in Golestan province, northern Iran, according to local media.

The earthquake occurred at 21:34 GMT on Sunday, at a depth of 9 kilometers.

There is no immediate report on the number of people may have killed in the incident, but said a huge number of buildings were destroyed.
