Prime Minister Imran khan assured Hazara families protesting in Pakistan that he would visit them soon, urging them to bury their loved ones who were beheaded in Quetta.

Imran Khan Tweeted “I want to reassure the Hazara families who lost their loved ones in a brutal terrorist attack in Machh that I am cognisant of their suffering and their demands,”.

The Pakistani Prime Minister added, that the government is taking “steps to prevent such attacks in the future”, he pointed it was Pakistan’s “Neighbor” that is “instigating sectarian terrorism”, he did not name which neighbor.

Khan expressed that he shares the pain of the Hazara community and during the time of suffering he would always stand beside them.

“I will come again very soon to offer prayers and condole with all the families personally. I will never betray my people’s trust. Please bury your loved ones so their souls find peace,” said PM Imran. 

Coal miner’s families in a protest demanded that they will not bury the demands are not met, following the brutal killings of 11 workers in Macch area of Balochistan.

He said officials have failed to convince families of the slain.

This comes as eleven colliers were killed and four others seriously injured on Sunday after armed men attack a coal field in Macch area of Bolan district in Balochistan.

The miners were kidnapped before dawn on Sunday and were taken to a nearby mountain where they were beheaded and shot, media reported.

The incident happened in the southwestern mountainous Macch Area, 60Km away from Quetta city, local officials told Pakistani media.

AFP reported the attackers separated miners before tying their hands and took them up the hills to kill them.

Out of 11 coal miners, 7 were Afghan citizens but some media outlets said 2 of the colliers were afghans and their bodies were sent to Afghanistan.

According to SITE intelligence, Daesh – ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack.
